The Supply Loop is a space focused on how supply chains move, return, and recover value.

It is built on a simple idea: many of the challenges we are working through today are not new.

At different points in time, systems were designed to recover value as part of the flow, not as an afterthought. Revisiting those models helps clarify how modern supply chains can evolve toward more integrated, resilient, and profitable systems.

Through a mix of storytelling and analysis, The Supply Loop explores these foundations and connects them to current operational practices.

One expression of this is Sunday Supply Chain Stories, a weekly series that looks at historical systems and the logic behind how they were designed to work.

Jamin Nieri is a global supply chain operator with experience across forward logistics, reverse logistics, and recommerce operations.

In her current role as COO at Trove, she works with brands to design and scale systems that extend product life through returns, repair, resale, and recycling.

Prior to Trove, she led large-scale distribution and logistics operations in the fashion industry, building networks across North America and Europe.

The Supply Loop is an extension of this work: a way to explore, document, and rethink how supply chains are structured, with a focus on recovery, efficiency, and long-term value.
